Greenville Chamber presents top leadership awards

The Greenville Chamber presented its 2019 awards and unveiled plans for this year during its 131st annual meeting at the Greenville Convention Center on Thursday. During the presentation and awards ceremony, Carlos Phillips, chamber president and CEO, predicted the fastest year yet for the area's business community. 

Automotive summit opens next week in Greenville

The S.C. Automotive Council will host its 9th Automotive Summit from Feb. 26-28 at the Hyatt Regency in Greenville, featuring speakers Lt. Gov. Pamela Evette, S.C. Commerce Sec. Bobby Hitt and Gary Silberg, a partner with KPMG, among other industry experts. 

Transportation commission approves projects on I-26, I-95

A pair of rural interstate improvement projects have been approved by the S.C. Department of Transportation Commission for interstates 95 and 26. The first two projects are part of the SCDOT strategic 10 year plan to improve bridges and roads throughout the state, according to a news release.
