Lonza expands to produce 30 billion capsules worldwide

As part of the Swiss company's $93 million investment in its global capsule production, Lonza will put $53.7 million toward the automation of production lines at its Greenwood facility. The move is expected to bring 30 more jobs to the area.

SC Housing generates economic impact of $760 million

A study from the agency and the Darla Moore School of Business analyzed $461 million in resources deployed by SC Housing in the past fiscal year. The study found SC Housing supported the equivalent of thousands of full-time jobs in the state.
