CompassCare has filed a Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act complaint in federal court in response to several acts of vandalism by pro-abortion activists Jennifer Page and Hannah Kamke. The complaint alleges that Page blocked access to CompassCare's Amherst, New York, facility, preventing patients from seeking services. It accuses Page of trespassing and writing graffiti on the property; Page was also charged with theft by local police after stealing a sign. Meanwhile, Kamke pleaded guilty this year to disorderly

Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei praised Hamas' Saturday attack on Israel, stating that his country "kisses the hands" of those behind it. Khamenei's comments come as the combined death toll continues to rise. Some 1,000 Israelis were killed in the assault, while Israel's retaliatory airstrikes have reportedly killed 800 people in Gaza. Tim Shelton, a pastor at Bellevue Baptist Church in Cordova, Tenn., died Saturday after suffering a heart attack during the St. Jude IRONMAN 70.3 Memphis triathlon. "While we grieve Tim's absence, we grieve with much hope, and we rejoice that he is now in the presence of the Lord Jesus," the church said of the 53-year-old husband and father of five. Read more.
