Good evening,

Welcome to Monday's coronavirus news update from the News Letter team.

Today's headlines reveal that more than £200 million of Covid-19 support funding has not yet been spent by Stormont departments.

And there was outrage in the Assembly this afternoon when Finance Minister Conor Murphy told MLAs that Health Minister Robin Swann had returned £90 million of funding originally earmarked to tackle Covid-19.

As today's Department of Health figures record that another 17 people have lost their lives to the virus, an NI nurse describes the Covid death of her uncle as "nothing she has ever seen before".

"All we have tonight are tears, as we don't even have a funeral - please stay at home," she urged.

Enjoy your evening safely.
