Ground breaking Exhibition in New York On January 27, Anne Frank The Exhibition will open at the Center for Jewish History in Manhattan, New York. This special exhibition, created by the Anne Frank House, will be launched on International Holocaust Remembrance Day to mark the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz. For the first time, a full-scale reconstruction of the Annex—the hiding place where Anne Frank, her parents, her sister, and four other Jews lived in hiding for two years to escape the Nazis—can be seen in the United States. The exhibition features more than 100 original collection items from the Anne Frank House in Amsterdam.
