Guidance to Help Businesses Reopen Safely

The Scottish Government has issued guidance to help businesses safely reopen.

It sets out their expectations on the steps that should be taken before and after reopening.

The guidance covers four key areas aimed at minimising the transmission of the COVID virus including assessing risks, communicating with employees, control measures and areas to continue to check and review after reopening.

Guidance for Tourism and Hospitality Sector 

As tourism and hospitality plan to reopen in the coming weeks, the Scottish Government has provided detailed advice and guidance for businesses to ensure they reopen safely.

With Police Scotland and local authorities having the powers to enforce the restrictions, it is imperative businesses ensure they are fully aware of the requirements.

New Eden Enterprise Hub Set to Boost Start-Up Business in Fife

Fife Council and the University of St Andrews will jointly develop the Eden Enterprise Hub at the Eden Campus in Guardbridge. This collaboration will see the refurbishment of two buildings on the campus to create much-needed modern business premises for new and growing businesses.

The agreement will also see business support services delivered by the University of St Andrews to the occupiers of the new business space.
