Gun Lake Tribe and state to split $21.7M in disputed revenue sharing
The agreement does not resolve the dispute, which began when tribal officials charged the Michigan Lottery's games violated a 2007 agreement in which the state agreed to give the tribe exclusive gaming rights to a nine-county area in exchange for a cut of the tribe's gambling take.
