Good afternoon,

In one of the most hotly anticipated Australian sharemarket floats for years, fast-food chain Guzman y Gomez has announced it will launch its IPO in June with a $2.2bn valuation.

Meanwhile, retailer Country Road has forewarned investors its sales have fallen significantly at the same time the company is engulfed in allegations of inappropriate workplace conduct at its Melbourne headquarters.

And Qantas and Perth Airport have buried the hatchet, revealing the national carrier will gain a new Perth terminal by 2031 after years of legal disputes.
