We've used the phrase "new normal" a lot over the last few months. A recent hacking attempt over the weekend has me wondering if the new normal for IT includes SolarWinds-level hacks.

Fast Company reported that hackers tried to install a back door into the PHP library. In case you didn't know, PHP powers some of the biggest websites on the planet, including Facebook and Wikipedia.

Maybe I just notice these types of hacks more because I curate this newsletter. But also, is it possible that IT folks need to adjust to this "new normal?" What do you think? Let me know in this SaaSOps Community thread.

OnMSFT | Windows 10 has a lesser-known feature that allows you to save time and see all the items that you copy, cut, and paste on your PC called Clipboard history. Previously referred to as Cloud Clipboard, Clipboard history first appeared in the Windows 10 October 2018 Update and lets you manage clipboard content across all your Windows 10 devices.
How-To Geek | While deleting files on a Mac, are you tired of warning prompts slowing you down? Would you like to empty the Trash at light speed? If so, it’s easy to turn off the warning you see when emptying the Trash on a Mac. Here’s how.
