District court: ‘Substantial similarity’ in credentialing forms is copyright infringement

The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana (the “Court”) found a hospital committed copyright infringement against a credentialing firm by using, reproducing, and distributing the firm’s credentialing documents.
