Wishing You Happy Holidays from Aqua for All!

Dear Partners and Friends,
As we approach the end of another impactful year, I would like to take a moment to reflect on our shared achievements and express my appreciation on behalf of Aqua for All.
This year, we almost reached the end of our programme ‘Making Water Count’ and managed to reach over 4 million people across sub-Saharan Africa and South-East Asia with our initiatives, leveraging every €1 committed into €4 of impact through strategic partnerships.
At the same time, we mobilised over €50 million (and counting) in private capital for market development, and increased access to finance for small and medium enterprises in the water and sanitation sector, together with our partners.
We welcomed new partners which opened doors to exciting opportunities for the years ahead: I’m happy to announce our new partnership with the Swiss Agency for Development Cooperation and the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation.
These collaborations mark an exciting new chapter as we expand our reach and impact, working together with a diverse mix of partners to foster innovative solutions and inclusive growth in the water and sanitation sector.
This journey would not be possible without the dedicated commitment of our long-term partner, the Inclusive Green Growth Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands. Their commitment enables us to increase investments and work on blended finance structures to bridge the increasing funding gap in water and sanitation, which is further exacerbated by the impact of climate change.
Of course, at the same I want to take a moment to express my appreciation to the Aqua for All team and our consultants, whose commitment and hard work are the driving forces behind our successes.
As we celebrate the holiday season, let us appreciate the incredible achievements we have made together. We look forward to continuing our collaboration with our current partners and hope to welcome new collaborations in the coming year, striving to achieve an even greater impact. Let's look forward with optimism and determination to the opportunities ahead.
