Justin Hoke is an active soloist, chamber musician, composer, and educator based in Wilmington. He currently performs as a member of the Cypress Duo and the NC Guitar Quartet. He has been featured as a soloist on classical and electric guitar with the Wilmington Symphony Orchestra, Panama City Orchestra, Florida State University Orchestra, and the Appalachian State University Guitar Orchestra. Justin Hoke currently serves on the music faculty at the UNCW where he teaches classical guitar and music theory.

Photographers Ralph Burns and Titus Brooks Heagins will give illustrated overviews of their body of work as part of the discussion, which will be moderated by NCMA Associate Curator of Contemporary Art, Jennifer Dasal. Burns and Heagins work is in the photography exhibition Created by Light currently on view at CAM through February 11, 2018.
