Happy New Year!

We are so grateful to begin another year of yoga with you and we’re excited to share lots of new classes and programs!

This year, we’ll have a few challenges to help you reach your goals, as well as some specialised programs – like meditation for kids, yoga for pelvic health, strength training and myofascial release.
