Harbin Is Now Accepting Online Reservations For Daylight Visits Beginning January 19 |

Praise Spirit and sound the trumpets. After 40 months of excruciatingly difficult closure due to fire, Harbin Hot Springs’ pool area is now ready for guests, and our online reservations software is now live. You may now go online and make advanced reservations for Daylight Visits to Harbin Hot Springs beginning January 19, and running through the end of the month (at least).
Please be aware, though, that Harbin’s rebuild is far from complete, and our facilities and offerings remain a work in progress. Other familiar Harbin services (such as daily yoga classes and weekly dances) and other guest-pass options (such as Overnight Tenting and Grove Cottage rental) are currently being prepared for, and likely to be available later this year. For now, however, Harbin is primarily about the daytime pool-area experience – and us strongly encouraging our past and future guests to make reservations online in advance.
PLEASE DO NOT DRIVE TO HARBIN WITHOUT FIRST MAKING RESERVATIONS. For the foreseeable future, our guest numbers will be capped, and we anticipate that all the allotted spaces are likely to be pre-reserved. Before you drive all the way to Harbin, at least go online and check if space is available; and if it is, please reserve it for yourself in advance. More about that below. Online reservations are now required.
Harbin’s past policies of allowing unlimited numbers of guests and around-the-clock entry are simply not practical during these first tender steps of our reopening process. For the foreseeable future, Harbin will have limited and variable operating hours, facilities, services, and staffing; and we occasionally will need to close select areas, or even our entire property, for periods of construction. The only way to ensure that you will be admitted to Harbin when you arrive, is to have made online reservations in advance.
We understand that this is a significant policy change, and we don’t make it lightly. But we believe it is wise, to help us ensure that everyone who comes to Harbin has a comfortable visit. After we are better able to assess the impact of visitors on our new systems and facilities, it’s possible this policy may change. |

Prepaid deposits and new Memberships are now required.
When you make your first online reservation, you will initially be prompted to purchase a new Membership (and everyone must do this – even Lifetime Members, and everyone else who had a current Membership at the time of the Valley Fire). This process will enter your current information into our new system and generate a new Member Number for you: please enter the legal name that’s on your photo ID, and bring that same ID with you when you visit. If you had a valid Membership at the time of the fire (9/12/15), we’ll refund this new payment when you check in at Harbin for your first visit, and we confirm your old Membership on our pre-fire roster. (If your old Membership had lapsed at the time of the fire, or you’re now becoming a Member for the first time, there will be no refund.) Your new Member Number will appear on the summary sheet at the end of your reservation, and on the receipt email we send: please record this number to use in future reservations.
Your initial online reservation and all future reservations will also include a pre-paid deposit in the amount of your first day’s total charges (your Day or Overnight pass, plus any Membership charge). These deposits are 100% refundable with at least 48 hours notice, and 50% refundable with at least 24 hours notice. Reservations must initially be made online, but all reservation changes or cancellations must be made by telephone from 9am-5pm: 707-987-2477. |

As you can see below, the rates for Daylight Visits to Harbin are close to our rates before the fire. And when you do go online and make your reservations, you’ll find a $5 daily discount automatically applied to these rates.
