On the night of April 18th, 1775, American patriot Paul Revere made his legendary ride through the streets of Boston to warn of the impending British invasion. He soon paid dearly for his brave message, as he was captured by the British later that night. 

Paul Revere’s courage became a pivotal moment in the fight against British tyranny… and while the lessons of his heroism still echo today, I’m afraid our country today is still unsafe for those merely trying to raise concerns to fellow Americans. 

Meet Rogan O’Handley – a modern-day Paul Revere who has been removed from Twitter for exercising his right of free speech in the public square to merely raise concerns against the radical Left. 

This time, the enemy isn’t overseas – this is a case of our very own government working behind the scenes with a private Big Tech company to silence a citizen for his beliefs. 

Which is why I’m asking you to add your name to stand with Rogan O’Handley and the Center for American Liberty as we sue Twitter, U.S. Senator Alex Padilla, and California officials for their illegal collusion and censorship of conservatives.

After the unusual 2020 presidential election, conservative attorney and commentator Rogan O’Handley took to the virtual public square to raise completely legitimate concerns about the handling of the election.

Not once did Rogan threaten anybody or incite violence…

So, it made absolutely no sense when he was censored and subsequently de-platformed from Twitter for exercising his First Amendment right to criticize a leftist elected official.

Like so many others over the past year, Rogan was not randomly kicked off Twitter – he is the victim of a direct, coordinated plot by big government bureaucrats, political operatives, and big tech elites to eliminate our free speech.

You see, after Kamala Harris vacated her seat in the United States Senate to become the Vice President, the Governor of California – Gavin Newsom – was responsible for appointing someone to replace her.

Then-California Secretary of State Alex Padilla was aggressively vying for that position.

Part of Alex Padilla’s job as the CA Secretary of State was to serve as the state’s Chief Elections Officer and ensure that the 2020 election was conducted fairly.

But little did we know, the fox was guarding the hen house.

Because behind the scenes – while Rogan O’Handley was publicly calling for an audit of the 2020 election – Alex Padilla and his agents in the California Secretary of State’s office conspired with partisan political operatives and Twitter executives to take down Rogan’s tweets and kick him off of the platform for voicing his opinions.

In fact, e-mails uncovered through a public records request show Alex Padilla’s office “flagging” Rogan’s tweets, marking them “Code Orange,” then e-mailing them to Twitter to delete them.

To advance his career by being appointed to Kamala Harris’ vacated Senate seat, Alex Padilla couldn’t stand the public criticism against him and his poor handling of the election.

To put that more simply…

Senator Alex Padilla used the taxpayer funded power of the state to censor his political opponents for his own political gain.

I don’t need to explain to you how disgustingly unconstitutional this is.

That’s why we need to know if you will stand with Rogan O’Handley as he fights back against the big government and big tech collusion to eliminate his First Amendment Rights.

We are reaching out to every American who is fed up with the sinister attempts by leftist elected officials and their big tech allies to restrict our constitutionally guaranteed civil liberties.

And more than that, we are suing Senator Alex Padilla, Twitter, and a handful of other liberal elected officials for their roles in this state-sponsored censorship conspiracy.

The coming battle will be long, but I believe, with your help, we will emerge victorious.
