The state-by-state corn yield numbers in the table below suggest USDA could come down on its corn yield from Oct. 1, though we anticipate yields will increase sizably in Iowa and Nebraska as harvest progresses.
For soybeans, all of the states in the index are running above the Oct. 1 forecasts, which suggests USDA could raise its national yield estimate.
