The pop star and actress Mandy Moore has hoisted her designer-updated midcentury home in the hills above the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California, on the market with a $6 million price tag. The “This Is Us” star and her musician husband Taylor Goldsmith acquired the secluded three-bedroom home more than seven years ago and gave it a complete restoration and overhaul. Along with its brass-inlaid terrazzo floors and original copper fireplace, the 1.4-acre spread offers a modern kitchen and a roomy primary suite with floor-to-ceiling glass sliders that open to a swimming pool set against a mountain backdrop. And in New York, Ultimate Homes host Anthony Park takes us inside a penthouse at the iconic 432 Park Avenue. Along with expert finishes and top materials, the sky-high aerie has sunrise-to-sunset views from its 94th-floor perch.
