My #1 holiday breakfast is pannekoeken. It's impressive, it's fun, and it's not a lot of work. You can customize it with flavors or fillings. Have a variety of syrup flavors. Your family or guests choose what they are in the mood for.Have several fruits prepped so they can add fruits as they choose.Have two or three flavors of whipped cream that they can add. A caramel whipped cream is excellent. (Use brown sugar instead of white; caramel flavor instead of vanilla.)
