| John, Here at KQED, I’m privileged to work with so many talented and dedicated journalists. Today, I’m excited to share the news that my colleagues have been awarded with six regional Edward R. Murrow Awards and two Webby Awards! I hope you share our pride in bringing this level of excellence in reporting and storytelling to Northern California. Member support helps drive our success and empowers everything we offer at KQED. Our programs received awards for breaking news on California’s wildfires and investigative reporting about abuse by law enforcement agencies. But more than the awards, I’m especially proud of my colleagues. They collaborated with multiple stations across the state to produce a depth of reporting that no one station could create on their own.
