A Powerful Approach to Support Emotional Well-Being for Patients, Families, Physicians, Nurses, and Staff
Thursday, March 15, 2018 2:00PM EDT - 3:00PM EDT Code Lavender® programs are a formalized rapid response designed to support patients, families, physicians, nurses, and staff members in times of emotional distress. Much like a Code Blue initiates a coordinated care response when a patient’s heart needs immediate resuscitation, a Code Lavender resuscitates people who have suffered emotional trauma, providing a chance to regroup, recover, and find support and connection.
These simple but powerful programs help build the culture of well-being and person centered care that is fundamental to achieving a connected, healing ecosystem. In this webinar, attendees will hear from clinical leaders at the front lines who have implemented Code Lavender and other healing services on their journey towards an optimal healing experience.
