The pandemic continues to impact each of us profoundly, so we're continuing to utilise our resources to lighten this dark time. 

We've created four series of classes, for all levels, to cultivate and support relaxation, resilience and joy – because while yoga can’t change the pandemic, it can help us cope with some of its effects.
