Kimberly Cowan is the new director of nursing at Recovery Centers of America’s facility in Westminster. Cowan, who previously worked for Acadia Healthcare, is responsible for directing, planning and coordinating the activities of all nursing personnel on staff at RCA. She is a registered nurse and lives in the town of Northfield.
