It's easier than ever to check up on your health, thanks to your Apple devices. Your iPhone and Apple Watch can track health metrics, from your heartbeat to your breathing rate to the hours you spend on your feet. Here's how to check up on each of these metrics and stay notified.

Do you use Gmail? We do at Komando HQ, and here’s a quick productivity trick we love. Find yourself writing the same basic message often? Create a template to give yourself a shortcut.

• Go into Settings > See all settings > Advanced.
• Scroll to the section marked Templates and click Enable.
• To make a template, click Compose and write your text in the email window. Then go to the bottom and find the three dots in the right-hand corner. When you roll over, a tab will pop up that says More options.
• Click on the Templates menu to save your draft as a template. To insert a template you’ve created, go to the More > Templates menu tab again and choose your template.
