UMass Memorial Health Care plans to close an inpatient pediatrics unit at Clinton Hospital, a cardiac rehabilitation unit in Leominster and an urgent care center in Fitchburg.

Stacey Forrest of Worcester is the new assistant executive director of the Connecticut division of JRI, a care provider for children and families. Forrest oversees JRI’s Connecticut programs, which include three group homes and the Susan Wayne Center of Excellence’s residential treatment center and clinical day school in Thompson.
