Being able to get in to see a GP who still bulk bills can be hard.

Anthony Albanese made an $8.5bn election pledge to boost the bulk-billing rate to 90 per cent of GP visits by 2030.

But doctors hold concerns the incoming reforms, that begin in November, will only reward those churning through appointments.

Meanwhile, one Aussie gym has caused uproar due to its ban on women wearing short-shorts, boob tubes and one-shoulder tops. The strict dress code has divided opinions - but there was an overwhelming response in this online poll.

And how long can you hold a plank for? This fitness trainer has revealed what time we should aim for depending on our age group.

Have a great week.
