Dear Yogi,
It’s there to support us day and night, carries us through life and gives us stability and strength. When we look in the mirror, we don’t see it… but it’s always there for us. Yet, we often only pay attention to our back when it hurts.
Our back is shaped by our lifestyle and often reacts to imbalance – excessive sitting, hunching over our phone, etc – so it’s important to give our hard-working backs some love (and movement!) on a regular basis!
