You will have noticed temperatures dropping radically overnight and there is up to 10 inches of snow forecast in some areas of the county over the weekend. So please be careful and please be aware of a police plea to avoid driving to Lancashire's beauty spots. You face breaching lockdown rules, possible crowds and the roads will be very icy.
