Firefighters Knock Down Fire in Koreatown

Fire crews extinguished a fire in a unit in a row of commercial buildings Friday in Koreatown. Firefighters responded to 4115 W. Olympic Blvd. at 4:25 a.m., said Los Angeles Fire Department spokeswoman Margaret Stewart. It took 30 firefighters 24 minutes put the fire out. The cause of the fire is under investigation.

Riverside County’s COVID Hospitalizations Continue to Drop

The number of COVID-positive patients in Riverside County hospitals dropped from 621 to 601, and 25 additional COVID-related deaths were reported in the latest data.
