Chateau Dubrow is no more. Though it was never on the market, “Real Housewife” Heather Dubrow and Dr. Terry Dubrow’s elaborate Orange County mansion has been sold in a $55 million, all-cash deal. Reportedly built in 2018 at a cost of $21 million, the 22,000-square-foot home includes a 21-seat movie theater, an infinity pool and spa with ocean views. And just up the California coastline, video game legend Jon Burton has trimmed the asking price of his stately Paradise Cove mansion to $110 million, down from its original $125 million list.
