| | At Cancer Research UK we deeply value the expertise and insights of researchers like you. Today, we’re inviting UK-based cancer researchers to participate in our new survey run by our Government Policy team, which will play a key role in shaping how we engage and influence government priorities. Last year insights from our clinical researcher survey were used by us and other science influencers from across the sector to push for critical improvements to NHS research. Similarly, findings from our international collaboration survey – highlighting researchers' strong preference for Horizon Europe association - received significant media attention ahead of the Government's decision to associate. Your contribution could really make a difference this year as we engage with a government that has expressed a renewed commitment to science and innovation and is looking for evidence and expertise from across the research ecosystem. The results will help guide our influence on: |
| The Government’s Industrial Strategy, shaping the future of scientific research and innovation. The NHS 10-Year Plan, ensuring that cancer research is central to long-term healthcare priorities. Policy discussions that drive funding, collaboration and impact across the cancer research community. | The survey will only take 10 minutes, but your contribution will be vital to ensure that real researchers’ perspectives are heard by change makers in government, and that policies are well evidenced and informed. Many thanks in advance, Cancer Research UK Policy team |
