Gearing Up For Event Season And Climate-Smart Action
 

I hope this finds you having a wonderful week!

My letter this week is brief and to the point - a reflection of the busy winter events season in which we (and I suspect many of you) find ourselves in. 

This week's newsletter touches on several themes, all of which point to the fact that across food and agriculture, action is under way to support farmers and ranchers in adopting climate-smart practices and innovations into their operations.

Three Regenerative Ag Trends I’m Watching In Early 2022

Help Wanted: 10 Farmers Committed To Climate-Smart Agriculture
 
Shared by Ryan Heiniger, ACAM director, Trust In Food: We are recruiting two farmers per state in Arkansas, Maryland, Nebraska, Indiana and California to collaborate with Farm Journal Inc. and its sustainable ag division, Trust In Food; Farm Journal Foundation; USDA’s Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS); and approximately 20 private-sector organizations to help lead local, in-person farmer engagement and outreach for America’s Conservation Ag Movement (ACAM).
