The first Dutch Baby I ever had looked like this--steamed veggies covered with a white sauce.

It was larger than this but I was young and this was about the best thing I had ever tasted.

These minis are made in a jumbo muffin pan. They make adorable little pastry cups. You can fill them with lunch fixings but we usually use them for dessert cups--fruit and whipped cream, pudding, or even ice cream sundaes.
Earlier this week, we showed you Toads in a Hole. It's the same concept except the dogs were placed in the batter before they went in the oven.
