This recipe is a great way to follow AICR's New American Plate. It helps you build 2/3 of your plate with plant-based ingredients such as kale, squash, pomegranate and walnuts. Round out the remaining 1/3 of your plate with protein (tofu, fish, poultry) for a balanced meal.

 
 

Use Your IRA to Create a World With Less Cancer

If you or your spouse are over age 70 ½, you can give any amount (up to $100,000) per year from your IRA directly to AICR without having to pay income taxes on the money.
