| Hi
Amanda Smith from the Sporty podcast here. There’s a saying in sport: “control the controllables”. In other words, focus on the things you can control, rather than all the things you can’t. You can apply this to life in general, too, by accepting that there are lots of things you can’t change, but some things you can. It doesn’t mean it’s easy, or straightforward, or there’s a one-size-fits-all solution, but hearing of the struggles, successes and insights of others can be very helpful.
I hope this special Sporty edition of the ABC listen newsletter helps you take control of your life. You've got this!
