GLOBAL: Valor Hospitality Partners—a global, fully integrated management and operations solutions company—has announced its partnership with the Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD). The ICD manages a portfolio of commercial companies and investments, and in a joint venture with Valor Hospitality, is set to transition more than 800 keys across popular hotels in the Emirate under Valor’s management. Of those hotels is Dubai’s first five-star property, the Radisson Blu Hotel Dubai Deira Creek.

NATIONAL: Event production company Interactive Entertainment Group (IEG) has announced the launch of its new website, interactiveparty.com. The online refresh follows IEG’s rebrand, which took place in August 2021. The new site features experience categories—including virtual reality and giant games—as well as event types (think: experiential and trade shows) to allow planners to find an IEG offering that aligns with their event goals. Site visitors are also encouraged to visit IEG’s blog and press sections for further event inspiration.

Cannonball Productions has announced dates for the fourth season of its nationally touring hard seltzer festival, Seltzerland. This multi-city tour will kick off 2023 at Broadway Pier in downtown San Diego, and continue on to Austin, Houston, and Dallas for back-to-back weekends in March. Seltzerland will then make its return to Chicago on June 10 at The Lot at Plumbers Union, and head to the Jersey Shore’s Shoretown Ballpark and New York City’s Industry City in July. Added events will be announced in Los Angeles, Boston, Denver, Cape Cod, and Tampa in 2023.

NEW YORK: On Air Fest has announced CNN anchor Audie Cornish as this year's recipient of the Audio Vanguard Award. The 2023 edition of the Audio Vanguard Award will recognize Cornish through a career-spanning interview conducted by Kara Swisher, host of On with Kara Swisher and Pivot podcasts, and the editor-at-large at New York Magazine. The event will take place Feb. 25 as part of the culmination to On Air Fest's three days of programming at Brooklyn's Wythe Hotel.

PALM SPRINGS, CALIF.: Visit Greater Palm Springs has announced industry veteran Don Prince as the director of Indian Wells Tourism. Prince will work closely with the City of Indian Wells and local tourism partners to drive awareness and increase visitation to the city. Prince brings more than 30 years of travel and tourism experience to this role, including positions as the deputy director of the Arizona Office of Tourism and director of tourism for the City of Prescott, Ariz.
