| Construction - Building City of Raleigh, Goraleigh Chiller (RFQ) Owner: City of Raleigh Raleigh, NC Bid Date: 04/01/2021 Awarded Contractor shall provide services, all as set forth in this RFQ and more particularly described in this Section 5. The selected firm will provide an evaluation of the existing system and identify deficiencies, including incorporating additional phases of building expansion. The new chiller is estimated to provide 200 tons of cooling output, to supplement the existing geothermal well system, and shall be integrated into the existing building management system. Staff will assist with providing information relative to the project such as As-Built plans, reports, T&B information, building automation system, etc. Meetings with staff as appropriate throughout the project shall be included. |
