What makes these so good?
The fudge frosting is more fudge than frosting. Warm the frosting in the microwave and dip the cookie tops. Then drizzle a little optional frosting on top. Or spread the frosting with a spatula.
The filling is light and airy, made with whipping cream and cream cheese.
