Brie Larson: I just got the Theragun mini and it’s a game changer. My life right now is Zooms or training — both mean something is always sore or hurting. Having this small tool that I can put in my bag or keep by my bed to help relieve tension is huge.
Jessie Ennis: I’m obsessed with Stasher bags. They’re a reusable alternative to ziplock bags. They’re durable and cute.

Best book we’ve read recently...
BL + JE: We’ve both been reading “Burnout: The Secret to Unlocking the Stress Cycle” by Emily Nagoski and Amelia Nagoski. It’s incredible to learn about how we can better care for our bodies in a chaotic world. We’d recommend it to anyone who is looking for support with stress, anxiety, and exhaustion.
Movie or TV series we can’t get enough of...
BL: Jessie got me into “Last Chance U.” I have so much love and respect for everyone on that show. Other than that, it’s really just “The Office” for me. It’s amazing how many jokes are packed into each episode.
JE: I could come up with an impressive lie, but honestly the last things I’ve binged are “The Hills,” “The City,” and “Harry Potter.”
Favorite on-screen moment...
BL: In “Captain Marvel,” I did a judo throw on a moving train. That was a certain kind of adrenaline and feeling of accomplishment I’ll never forget.
JE: I loved demolishing a wedding reception in “Life of the Party.” It was very fun to smash a table full of delicate desserts.
Dream podcast guest...
BL: JLo — she has been an inspiration to me since I was a kid. I admire her work ethic.
JE: Trixie and Katya from “RuPaul’s Drag Race” or Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.
Fave gift we've gotten from each other...
BL: For my 30th birthday, Jessie made me a custom View-Master. The discs had photos from various parts of my life. I cherish it. (Pssst: Skimm HQ loves this one.)
JE: Brie got us beautiful BFF necklaces. I love wearing mine. It’s a nice physical reminder that I have a really special and rare friendship with someone I truly adore.
