Everyone wants better quality sleep.

Not only does it feel good...

Good sleep is a critical factor for optimizing your health, energy, and performance.

I'm sure you’ve had a day where you woke up feeling like a million bucks…

Breezed through your most challenging work…

And had the mental agility to solve big problems, make quick decisions, and easily communicate your thoughts.

…ALL thanks to getting a deep, restful sleep the night before.

But what are you doing to ensure you repeat that experience?

If you’re like 99% of entrepreneurs… probably not enough.

At best… maybe you’re popping some melatonin and putting your phone on airplane mode before bed.

At worst? You’re staying up late checking email and sales numbers right up until you turn out the light.

But good sleep — much like good sales or marketing — needs a plan.

So I want to share the little-known sleep formula that helps me and hundreds of my clients feel and perform at our best each day.

You can follow this simple plan daily to virtually guarantee yourself an awesome sleep….

It’s called the 10-3-2-1-0 formula for perfect sleep, and it goes like this:

10 hours before bed cut all caffeine intake or any other stimulants (want to fall asleep as soon as your head hits the pillow at midnight? Cool, avoid coffee after 2pm)

3 hours before bed stop eating food and consuming alcohol (digesting food can impact your sleep)

2 hours before bed stop working and shut off all work related electronics (so you can start to relax)

1 hour before bed turn off ALL electronics (including smartphone and TV, you need to avoid the blue light from screens)

0… you will hit the snooze button exactly zero times in the morning

I recommend pairing this formula with what I call a “reverse alarm” that goes off 1 hour before bed.

That way you have a built-in reminder to actually shut off electronics and start winding down.

And 10,000 “BONUS POINTS” if you start going to sleep and getting up at the same time every day — which optimizes your biology by taking advantage of your natural circadian rhythm.

When you put it all together, I have no doubt you’ll see huge improvements in your energy and performance.

Let me know how it goes!

Success Loves Speed,

Craig
