Strong Activity Leading into 2022

2021 demonstrated to be another strong year for High Associates, with continued momentum into the beginning of 2022. See below for some of the recent successes of the Brokerage Team:

Jeff Kurtz, CCIM and Ruth Devenney, CCIM SIOR represented both the Buyer, Firm Foundations, LLC, and Seller, Windstream Communications, of the landmark 89,120 SF three parcel property in Ephrata, that included a parking garage. The new owners are excited to renovate, update, and rejuvenate this once prominent building that includes a movie theater, restaurant space, and several Class A floors of office space. The space will be offered for lease as small as a single office or as large as an entire floor.

1850 Oregon Pike & 384 East Roseville Road, Lancaster:

Jeff Kurtz, CCIM represented the Seller, the Stauffer Family, of the former Stauffer’s of Kissel Hill location. The 4.25-acre parcel will be the future home of Riptide Car Wash, which currently operates one location in Lititz. Monthly unlimited memberships can be purchased and utilized at either location once completed.

5725 Old US Hwy, Milroy:

Annette Cassel Means represented the Seller, Penn Central Conference of the United Church of Christ (PCCUCC), of the 154.70-acre campground, event, and retreat space in Mifflin County. The Buyer, Benjamin Stoltzfus of Pine Creek Real Estate, will continue to operate the property as a campground and retreat space.
