Beyond the Numbers

Flexibility, creativity, and determination has brought success to the Sales & Leasing team at High Associates Ltd. amid the challenges brought by the COVID-19 pandemic. While navigating the complications that the abrupt transition of working 100% remotely presented, the Sales & Leasing team continues to be determined to meet client needs and push projects across the finish line despite current
circumstances.

Since the onslaught of COVID-19, the High Associates Brokerage team has made 22 successful transactions: 15 lease renewals, 4 new leases, and 3 properties sold.

While the number of deals closed is something be proud of, the impact extends far past the number itself. The team’s ability to still complete transactions during this unprecedented time means that organizations like Ten Thousand Villages are better equipped to carry out their mission of supporting artisans in developing countries with the selling of their North Reading Road building, that the expansion of their facility in Greenfield allows U.S. Durum to maintain its position as the largest Couscous manufacturer in the U.S.A, and the relocation to a more central and easily accessible location allows PowerPacks to continue their growth in Central PA and serve families in need.

Recently Sold Spotlight: 430 W Orange St Lancaster, PA

Jeff Kurtz, Commercial Realtor had the opportunity to represent local software company RagnaSoft in their purchase of 430 West Orange Street (formerly the headquarters of the Lancaster Chapter of The American Red Cross) in Lancaster City. Lancaster County native Christian Yecker, is President/CEO of the software company that specializes in scheduling and communication software for the public service sector. With 40,000 users all over the country, Christian was excited to purchase their headquarter office in Lancaster. “We were renting up until this point, so it was an exciting milestone,” he said.

Being a tech company, although they are accustomed to working virtually, “doing the closing process virtually felt very surreal. But working with Jeff was amazing and made the process much smoother,” Christian shared.
