Floyd’s of Leadville (FOL) develops and manufactures a line of CBD products that promotes muscle recovery and aids in relaxation. Jake Sitler, Director of Business/Partner for Floyd’s of Leadville boasts “We are in 2000+ bike shops, specialty stores and major retailers across the country including Sheetz!”

Michael Bowser, Investment Real Estate Advisor at High Associates Ltd. negotiated their lease for an 8,728 SF industrial building for a production center at 185 N. Front Street in Columbia. Floyd’s expects to be operational this Fall.

Janice Nikoloff, Executive Director of the Columbia Economic Development Corporation, who assisted with the Columbia site, stated “Our mission at CEDC is to support and encourage business growth and investment in Columbia and this project fits well into our efforts.”

Floyd’s of Leadville is also opening a CBD café, Floyd’s Café, in downtown Lancaster at 237 N. Prince Street, Lancaster, PA. Ruth Devenney, Associate Broker, CCIM, SIOR for High Associates Ltd. recently handled the lease negotiations for the 3,667 SF first floor location.

Floyd's Café will provide a unique experience where patrons can learn more about FOL CBD products, purchase bikes, drink specialty branded coffees and relax in a comfortable atmosphere in the hub of Lancaster City.
