Good morning, Utah Today readers! Here’s the forecast: ⛅ 15 – 29° in Logan ⛅ 25 – 38° in Salt Lake City ☀️ 30 – 50° in St. George There are days I have no idea what to write about in this opening blurb, so I asked Sarah Gambles and Hanna Seariac what they thought: 🥓 Ever the foodie, Hanna said I should write about Pork Rind Appreciation Day. Depending on whom you ask, it’s either the first Sunday of February (i.e. two days ago) or Super Bowl Sunday, so unfortunately, it is as untimely as it is tasty. ☀️ Sarah said I should write about how we are getting several more minutes of sunlight every day this week. I couldn’t be more thrilled, so here I am writing about it. Tell me: If you had control of this opening blurb for one morning, what would you write? Reply to this email with your blurb — about 200 words — and I might include it in a future issue of Utah Today! Looking for something?
