Man Reported Missing from West Covina Found

A 19-year-old man reported missing from West Covina has been found, authorities said Friday. David Bolagh had last been seen around 7 a.m. Thursday, and authorities sought the public’s help to find him. On Friday morning, the West Covina Police Department reported that he had been found.
