More than 330,000 soldiers who fought in WW1 wrote frequent letters, postcards or kept diaries, which provided a unique insight into the Great War. The State Library of NSW have created a podcast series, which explores some of the diaries and letters of soldiers on the Western Front and provide a glimpse into the life of Australians and New Zealanders at war.
