Improvements to the portal Weâve made some improvements to the portal, including now being able to view applications submitted via 3rd party legal software and/or case management systems. Searching for applications in the portal Applications that have been submitted to us via 3rd party legal software and/or case management systems (CMS) will now appear alongside applications submitted through the portal when searched for in View Applications. This includes all applications made by yourself and your colleagues unless your organisation has opted out of the View Colleaguesâ Applications function. If this is the case, only your personally submitted portal and CMS applications are listed. All applications that have been submitted to us, either through the portal or 3rd party solution, and those for up to 90 days after they were cancelled or completed, will appear. There are some limitations. - Applications submitted through 3rd party software or CMS will not currently appear when using the 'colleague search' function.
- Completion/cancellation documents for applications submitted through 3rd party software or CMS cannot be shown in View Applications â these can be accessed through the software used to submit the application.
- The 'Respond' button in the actions panel and the Reply to Requisition service will not appear for applications submitted through 3rd party software or CMS.
- Applications submitted by post cannot be viewed in the portal.
Portal applications in 3rd party software or CMS Portal applications are available to be viewed in 3rd party software or CMS. Speak with your provider to find out how to access our Estimated Completion Date API to make this possible. News and updates We have also added a News and updates section to the portal homepage which weâll update regularly with the latest from HM Land Registry and any portal-specific updates. |
