Today will be the last operational day (18 July 2025). | | This week HM Prison and Probation Service published the Youth Justice Charter. This sets out the standards that a child can expect from the people and organisations they might meet in the youth justice system - including the courts - bringing existing rights and standards in one place. | | This week we published a blog about the work of the Family Public Law Service and its role in supporting the professionals responsible for the safety of children.
