| The UK National Contact Centre Awards have recognised our National Services Team this week with an impressive six shortlistings - more than any other public sector organisation. One of our colleagues Nikki Hughes took home the Gold award for Complaints Manager of the Year. Additionally, our Probate Team received a 'Highly Commended' certificate for their exceptional work in Change & Innovation in Customer Experience. |
