Reminder: âOpen Justice â the way forwardâ â MOJ call for evidence The Ministry of Justice has published a call for evidence, titled âOpen Justice â the way forwardâ, covering a wide range of themes surrounding the openness and transparency of our justice system. This includes court listings, physical and remote access to court proceedings, broadcasting, the publication of judgments, access to court documents and the access and reuse of court data. You can have your say now, and the evidence gathered will be used to inform the departmentâs future policy thinking and service development in this area. The call for evidence will close on Thursday 7 September. Reminder: Have your say on our communications Our 2023 Communications and Engagement Survey is still open.
