The guide explains the different types of courts and tribunals,how to observe a hearing, which areas of the site are open to the public and what to expect at the hearing. Sharing our expertise on access to justice on a global stage Our HMCTS Head of Insight, Luc Altmann has published a blog about his recent presentation to the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) roundtable on equal access to justice. At the event in Slovenia, Luc shared a draft toolkit setting out good practice for measuring access to justice in court services, based on our own recently-published assessments. The final toolkit will be co-authored with the OECD and will create a practical resource for OECD members to measure access to justice in their own countries. |
